Circuit City-Take Away My TV Contest

This is our entry to Circuit City's Take Away My TV Contest...It's too late baby...somebody already took it!! Now single parent under pressure to replace the TV...we had been in a routine doing yoga, strengh training etc. on the WiiFit (an early Christmas present). It's unfortunate the way it happened. California is a community property state. Apparently, it's a civil matter. You can do whatever you want and the local authorities do not get involved in "Civily Matters"
