My fiance's mother has COPD. We honestly don't know how bad it is considering she's stubborn and never tells anybody anything. My great uncle passed away a couple year's ago from pneumonia. Whats the essayist way to loose weight?

I know theres no real trick to loosing weight besides working out or running 6 miles every week.. or those highly expensive work out equipment that doubt-ably works.. or those insane diets you see on tv were you pay 40 dollors to eat odd food and loose 2 in 8 weeks.. i just need to know how to loose weight... im 13 male weigh around 160 4.4 maybe taller and im not very fat but people call me fat and im sick and tired of it... im

I have seen them all and most of them are UFC fighters who were extremely ripped before the machine came out, and they say they got ripped from it.. bullshit. Also half of all the people that are "examples" are totally sucking in their stomach and I can tell by looking frame to frame pictures and zooming that most are photo shopped. I was wondering from ANYONE that

I have a 12.5% body fat, and have lost 22 pounds doing only cardio, and I still do it everyday, I have also started to swim, but I still have a belly, is there a AS SEEN ON TV machine I can buy, that will target this, a regular exercise routine, what??

the situation: a few days ago my 360 was working on my dlp through the hdmi, turned it on the next day and there was no video and no sound. I unplugged the hdmi from the xbox and used the hdmi on my dvd player and that works just fine. So it isnt the cable and it isnt the hdmi on the tv.
