Ok i see a lil form of a 6 pack startin but then i see abs from lil paid programing tv shows of guys that did this machine or program for 6 weeks and got this result ... but ive tried stuff like that and still dont get the results they did ...

ive tried crunches without result
i bought numerous machines and tried that also either broke or didnt do anything
is there any exercise or machine that somebody can tell me works for real. i always see things on the internet or tv that i try that end up not working so i thought maybe an actual person could tell me better

I'm sure you've all seen the ads on TV. If you work out with the Bowflex just 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week, that in no time you start getting results. I'd like to develop my abs and upper body but I'm skeptical about the Bowflex. Wouldn't diet be almost as important? Has anyone bought one of these machines and what kind of results have you experienced?

So my 50 inch Samsung plasma all of a sudden turned off one day, and began a repetitive cycle of clicking on and off. I called Samsung, and they told me it will cost around 400 to 500 to fix it, which is completely out of reality for my pocketbook right now. Please Help! Has anyone here got 6 pack abs? How can I get 6 pack abs?

I have an Ab king Pro Machine, and it has help me lose some weight.
But how can I get a 6 pack abs to show?>
I have tried Ballet, Aerobics, Yoga and That Abdominal Slimming belt you see on tv. But nothing works so far its demoralizing.
I'm seriosly considering corset training to condition my stomach muscles to stay in shape.
I'm also considering joining a gym and getting a personal trainner but
