Bit of a story

So my 50 inch Samsung plasma all of a sudden turned off one day, and began a repetitive cycle of clicking on and off. I called Samsung, and they told me it will cost around 400 to 500 to fix it, which is completely out of reality for my pocketbook right now. So, I researched the problem on the internet, and found out there was a huge capacitor fail in TVs around the age of mine.
