I have an Ab king Pro Machine, and it has help me lose some weight.
But how can I get a 6 pack abs to show?>
I have tried Ballet, Aerobics, Yoga and That Abdominal Slimming belt you see on tv. But nothing works so far its demoralizing.
I'm seriosly considering corset training to condition my stomach muscles to stay in shape.
I'm also considering joining a gym and getting a personal trainner but
