HELLO....I'M A 16 Y/O BOY & I'M 5'10.5 & I WEIGH AROUND 125......I WANT TO GAIN A MUSCULAR BODY BEFORE I RETURN 2 SCHOOL(AUGUST 10, 2009)....I HAVE SOME EQUIPMENT I JUST NEED 2 KNOW WHAT EXERCISES MUST I DO IN ORDER 2 GAIN MUSCLE & WHAT FOODS MUST I EAT 2 BEEF UP MY BODY?.
