1 week ago the remote controls to my Plasma TV, HD Box and DVD player all stopped working at exactly the same time. I could get it to work about one in 30 presses by holding the remote right at the TV.
I have tried new batteries, turning off the power (at the electricity box) to the fluro lights, changed the powerboard. I was told to check the infra red signal was working by viewing the end of the remote through m

During the winter, I want to avoid getting lazy and keep myself active. On tv, I notice exercise shows that have people walking and jogging in place all while using ball weights and arm belt thingy's to stretch out and keep the upper body moving as well. So, if I do this every night and vary what I carry or use while working out, what results might I see? Thanks and peace!

Answer by pennyspetpantryI've used the Firm and Core Rythyms, and they both worked awesome for me. I like a variety so I switch back and forth. I've tried P90X, but you've already got to be in pretty good shape for that one, but it works too. Personally, I'd go with the first two.
