Question by susan15022001: What are the best exercise dvd's or equipment to use at home?
I have a small apartment. If I take out my dining room table I will have a little more room to move around in. I watch all these informercials on tv for power 90, and equipment like the fluidity bar, etc. What would you use that would be the most effective? I am 53 years old, but very active. I also want to lose about 40 pounds and tone up. Thanks!!
