Question by Ann Onimous: If a person loses a lot of weight, will they have saggy skin? If they work out, will the skin tone up again?
I'm about 290 pounds and have a belly. Mostly because I'm fat but made worse since being pregnant.
I see all these commercials on TV where people lose a ton of weight and look all toned and have 'washboard' abs and stuff.
My question is: If I lose a lot of weight (at least 100 pounds, hopefully) and work out hard (either with a machine or using a P90X or TAPO
