I have seen T.V. ad after ad and have browed the net to see reviews on them. To no avial I keep on getting mixed opinions on the machines I have interest in. With an array of opinions and the risk factor of buying the wrong product, I need real answers. Now I leave it to you, what is a good effective ab machine priced under $ 150.00? I understand that there is no get six pack abs quick machines, but I at least
