Can anyone recommend a 3 day ab workout strictly done with machines?

Question by hfacto: Can anyone recommend a 3 day ab workout strictly done with machines?
My gym doesn't have a place to do tradional ab work but does have numerous ab and back machines. Looking for a 2-3 day a week routine to go along with my Cardio and Weight training.

Answer by rhmcc101Nautilus has a great machine, in fact they have two, that work the abs very well. There are other machine manufacturers that make great ab workout stations, but I do not know where
