I get up in the morning and don't remember the day before. I remember what day it is most of the time, and what my first 1 or 2 classes are that day since I check and make sure I'm ready for those classes before I go to bed but other than that I can barely remember. I have a list
1. Ab Roller-use it as a towel hanger now
2. A pink stain remover that you mix with hot water, I bought it get the ink stain from my fav. shorts, product didn't work.
3. This arch thing for your shoes so your legs and feet won't hurt. Made my feet hurt instead.

Whats a great home workout system or machine?

im only 16 but i think it would be better to just workout at home. For now i have a iron gym the pull up bar thingy that hangs on your door frame and i do other ghetto workouts with 50 lb rice bags and running outside and sprints. But i want some home workout thing that really works.
umm the only thing ive seen recently on Tv and up to date methods and machines is that px 90 or something like that the tower 200 by body by jake

Would you rather see old re-runs or look at the hot chicks trying to sell some junk to the "Not so trim crowd" on late night TV?

Answer by pennyspetpantryI've used the Firm and Core Rythyms, and they both worked awesome for me. I like a variety so I switch back and forth. I've tried P90X, but you've already got to be in pretty good shape for that one, but it works too. Personally, I'd go with the first two.

Whats the best way to loose belly fat??

I have a 12.5% body fat, and have lost 22 pounds doing only cardio, and I still do it everyday, I have also started to swim, but I still have a belly, is there a AS SEEN ON TV machine I can buy, that will target this, a regular exercise routine, what??

During the winter, I want to avoid getting lazy and keep myself active. On tv, I notice exercise shows that have people walking and jogging in place all while using ball weights and arm belt thingy's to stretch out and keep the upper body moving as well. So, if I do this every night and vary what I carry or use while working out, what results might I see? Thanks and peace!

My sister came back from college and my parents greeted her and were glad to see her etc. etc.
Anyway as soon as my parents left for work, I headed to the garage ( which is kind of like my play room.) It has a computer (the one I'm using right now) a tv, exercise equipment and some tools. 3 Remote controls simultaneously stopped working. Why?

1 week ago the remote controls to my Plasma TV, HD Box and DVD player all stopped working at exactly the same time. I could get it to work about one in 30 presses by holding the remote right at the TV.
I have tried new batteries, turning off the power (at the electricity box) to the fluro lights, changed the powerboard. I was told to check the infra red signal was working by viewing the end of the remote through m

During the winter, I want to avoid getting lazy and keep myself active. On tv, I notice exercise shows that have people walking and jogging in place all while using ball weights and arm belt thingy's to stretch out and keep the upper body moving as well. Whats a great home workout system or machine?

im only 16 but i think it would be better to just workout at home. For now i have a iron gym the pull up bar thingy that hangs on your door frame and i do other ghetto workouts with 50 lb rice bags and running outside and sprints. But i want some home workout thing that really works.
umm the only thing ive seen recently on Tv and up to date methods and machines is that px 90 or something like that the tower 200 by body by jake

During the winter, I want to avoid getting lazy and keep myself active. On tv, I notice exercise shows that have people walking and jogging in place all while using ball weights and arm belt thingy's to stretch out and keep the upper body moving as well. So, if I do this every night and vary what I carry or use while working out, what results might I see? Thanks and peace!

Answer by pennyspetpantryI've used the Firm and Core Rythyms, and they both worked awesome for me. I like a variety so I switch back and forth. I've tried P90X, but you've already got to be in pretty good shape for that one, but it works too. Personally, I'd go with the first two.
